Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen selbstsperrenden Schalter mit zumindest einem Transistor, (12) der im nicht-geschalteten Zustand leitfähig ist. Der selbstsperrende Schalter enthält zumindest einen selbstleitenden Transistor sowie zumindest ein nicht lineares Element (13) welches zwei Kontakte aufweist, und welches nicht leitfähig ist, wenn zwischen den Kontakten eine Spannung anliegt, die kleiner ist als eine charakteristische Spannung und welches leitfähig ist, wenn zwischen den Kontakten eine Spannung anliegt, die größer oder gleich der charakteristischen Spannung ist, wobei das Vorzeichen der charakteristischen Spannung als positiv definiert ist, wobei das nichtlineare Element mit einem seiner Kontakte mit dem Source-Kontakt des Transistor in elektrischem Kontakt steht.
(EN) The invention relates to a self-locking switch having at least one transistor (12) that is conductive in the non-switched state. The self-locking switch comprises at least one self-conducting transistor and at least one non-linear element (13) comprising two contacts, being non-conductive when a voltage is present between the contacts that is smaller than a characteristic voltage, and being conductive when a voltage is present between the contacts that is greater than or equal to the characteristic voltage, wherein the sign of the characteristic voltage is defined as positive, wherein one contact of the non-linear element is in electrical contact with the source contact of the transistor.
(FR) L'invention concerne un interrupteur autobloquant comportant au moins un transistor (12) qui est conducteur lorsqu'il est hors tension. L'interrupteur autobloquant contient au moins un transistor à déplétion ainsi qu'au moins un élément non linéaire (13) qui présente deux contacts et qui n'est pas conducteur lorsqu'une tension inférieure à une tension caractéristique est présente entre les contacts, et qui est conducteur lorsqu'une tension supérieure ou égale à la tension caractéristique est présente entre les contacts, le signe de la tension caractéristique étant défini comme positif. L'élément non linéaire est en contact électrique avec le contact source du transistor par un de ses contacts.
