Abstract:
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer mikroporösen Membran, auf deren Oberfläche ein durch Elektronenstrahlung vernetztes Polymer fixiert ist, umfassend das Bereitstellen einer mikroporösen Ausgangsmembran, das Imprägnieren der Membran mit einer Imprägnierlösung, umfassend ein Lösungsmittel sowie ein darin gelöstes oder dispergiertes Polymer, um eine imprägnierte Membran bereitzustellen, und das Bestrahlen der imprägnierten Membran mit Elektronenstrahlung, um eine mikroporöse Membran, auf deren Oberfläche das durch Elektronenstrahlung vernetzte Polymer ist, bereitzustellen, sowie eine durch dieses Verfahren hergestellte mikroporöse Membran und die Verwendung einer derartigen Membran.
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a microporous membrane, to a polymer cross-linked by an electron beam being fixed on the surface thereof, comprising providing an initial microporous membrane, impregnating the membrane with an impregnation solution comprising a solvent and a polymer dissolved or dispersed therein in order to provide an impregnated membrane, and irradiating the impregnated membrane with electron beam radiation in order to provide an impregnated membrane having on the surface thereof the polymer cross-linked by an electron beam, and to a microporous membrane produced by said method, and to the use of such a membrane.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer une membrane microporeuse à la surface de laquelle est fixé un polymère réticulé par un faisceau électronique. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : préparation d'une membrane de départ microporeuse ; imprégnation de la membrane avec une solution d'imprégnation comprenant un solvant ainsi qu'un polymère dissous ou dispersé dans ladite solution afin de préparer une membrane imprégnée ; et irradiation de la membrane imprégnée avec un faisceau électronique pour préparer une membrane microporeuse à la surface de laquelle se trouve le polymère réticulé par un faisceau électronique. L'invention concerne également une membrane microporeuse fabriquée selon ce procédé et l'utilisation d'une membrane de ce type.
