Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to multilayer coatings to which daters are added to provide a tracing function of the intensity of erosion and/or corrosion of surfaces and walls caused by chemical and/or mechanical agents. The chemical or mechanical attack might impair the integrity of walls and surfaces, reducing the thickness thereof, and/or increasing the porosity and/or roughness thereof, inter alia. These coatings thus protect the walls of ducts and other vessels and equipment for processing, conveying, storing, pumping and producing fluids, industrially processed products and associated co-products, namely: biodiesel, diesel, oil, alcohol, vinasse, crude glycerine, ethanol, etc. Surface attack and/or erosion is dated by observing and measuring optical, magnetic and biological properties, or any combination of these properties. Said monitoring or traceability can be local, remote, in real time or a posteriori, by observation of the fluids produced and/or stored, or by any combination of these possibilities.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des revêtements multicouches additionnés d'éléments de datation leur conférant une fonction de suivi de l'intensité de l'érosion et/ou de la corrosion que subissent des surfaces et des parois sous l'action d'agressions chimiques et/ou mécaniques. L'agression chimique ou mécanique peut altérer l'intégrité de parois et de surfaces, réduisant leur épaisseur et/ou augmentant leur porosité et/ou leur rugosité, entre autres. Ainsi, lesdits revêtements protègent les parois de conduits et autres récipients et équipements de traitement, de transport, de stockage, de pompage et de production de fluides, de produits de transformation industrielle et de sous-produits associés, tels que le biodiesel, le diesel, le pétrole, les alcools, les vinasses, la glycérine brute et l'éthanol, entre autres. La datation de l'agression et/ou de l'érosion que subissent les surfaces est réalisée par observation et mesure des propriétés optiques, magnétiques ou biologiques ou d'une combinaison quelconque de ces propriétés. Cette surveillance, ou traçabilité, peut être réalisée localement, à distance, en temps réel ou "a posteriori", par observation des fluides produits et/ou stockés ou par une combinaison quelconque de ces possibilités.
(PT) A presente invenção trata de revestimentos multicamadas, com adição de datadores, o que lhes confere a função de traçabilidade da intensidade da erosão e/ou corrosão, causada a superficies e paredes, por agentes químicos e/ou mecânicos. O ataque químico ou mecánico pode atentar contra a integridade de paredes e superficies, diminuindo sua espessura, e/ou aumentando sua porosidade e/ou rugosidade, entre outros. Deste modo, tais revestimentos protegem paredes de ductos e demais vasos e equipamentos para processamento, transporte, armazenamento, bombeio e produção de fluidos, de produtos de transformação industrial, assim como dos co- produtos associados, a saber: biodiesel, diesel, petróleo, álcoois, vinhotos, glicerina bruta, etanol, entre outros. A datação do ataque e/ou da erosão das superficies será feita pela observação e medição das propriedades óticas, magnéticas, biológicas ou qualquer combinação destas opções. A este monitoramento, ou ainda tracabilidade, pode ser local, remota, em tempo real ou 'a posteriori', pela observação dos fluidos produzidos e/ou armazenados ou por qualquer combinação destas opções.
