Abstract:
(EN) Discloses are compounds according to Formula I. Further provided are methods of reducing oxidative stress in a cell, methods of treating a disease including cancer, and methods of treating a subject with a disorder associated with oxidative stress, the methods including administering a compound according to the invention. Also disclosed are methods of potentiating a cancer cell for treatment with ionizing radiation or chemotherapeutics including contacting the cell with an effective amount of a compound according to the invention. Further discloses are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and a compound according to the invention.
(FR) L'invention porte sur des composés selon la formule I. L'invention porte en outre sur des procédés de réduction du stress oxydatif dans une cellule, sur des procédés de traitement d'une maladie, notamment le cancer, et sur des procédés de traitement d'un sujet avec un trouble associé au stress oxydatif, les procédés comprenant l'administration d'un composé selon l'invention. L'invention porte également sur des procédés de potentialisation d'une cellule cancéreuse pour le traitement par un rayonnement ionisant ou des produits chimiothérapeutiques comprenant la mise en contact de la cellule avec une quantité efficace d'un composé selon l'invention.
