Abstract:
(EN) A weld device (100) applies weld material between two work pieces (P1, P2) such that the work pieces (P1, P2) are connected mechanically with one another. The weld device (100) includes a welding head (110) and a central element (120). The welding head (110) performs a welding action during transport thereof along an operating direction (OD) between the work pieces (P1, P2).Two primary sensor members (S R, S L ) are arranged on the central element (120) upstream of the welding head (110) relative to the operating direction (OD). The sensor members (S R, S L ) register geometric properties of a spacing (G) between the work pieces (P1, P2) in which spacing (G) the weld material is to be applied. Each sensor member (S R; S L ) is configured to maintain contact with a respective wall (W1, W2) of the two work pieces (P1, P2) adjoining the spacing (G)while allowing variation of lateral distances (d R, d L ) between the central element (120) and the adjoining wall. This is accomplished by the sensor members(S R, S L ) being pivotally attached to the central element (120) via at least one pivoting axis (P) oriented essentially perpendicular to the operating direction (OD).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif à souder (100) qui applique un matériau d'apport entre deux pièces à travailler (P1, P2) de telle sorte que les pièces à travailler (P1, P2) sont reliées mécaniquement l'une avec l'autre. Le dispositif à souder (100) comprend une tête de soudage (110) et un élément central (120). La tête de soudage (110) effectue une action de soudage durant le transport de celle-ci le long d'une direction d'actionnement (OD) entre les pièces à travailler (P1, P2). Deux éléments de détection primaires (SR, SL) sont disposés sur l'élément central (120) en amont de la tête de soudage (110) par rapport à la direction d'actionnement (OD). Les éléments de détection (SR, SL) enregistrent des propriétés géométriques d'un espacement (G) entre les pièces à travailler (P1, P2), dans lequel espacement (G) doit être appliqué le matériau d'apport. Chaque élément de détection (SR, SL) est configuré pour maintenir un contact avec une paroi respective (W1, W2) des deux pièces à travailler (P1, P2) contiguës à l'espacement (G) tout en autorisant une variation de distances latérales (dR, dL) entre l'élément central (120) et la paroi contiguë. Ceci est accompli par les éléments de détection (SR, SL) qui sont fixés à pivotement à l'élément central (120) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un axe pivotant (P) orienté sensiblement perpendiculairement à la direction d'actionnement (OD).
