Abstract:
(EN) The present invention describes a device for evaluating the roasting of coffee, which device consists of a cabinet with a slidable drawer, a touch screen, a digital camera, a lighting system, a light-conditioning plate and a digital system, which, once a sample of coffee has been placed in the interior thereof by means of the slidable drawer, allows the operator to obtain the degree of roasting of said coffee by touching a button on the touch screen, with the result that the digital system operates the lighting system in order to then activate the camera in order to obtain an image, evaluate the coloration of the sample and display the result obtained on the screen. The aim of this invention is to provide a device for evaluating the degree of roasting of the coffee, which device makes it possible to advance the roasting process in the coffee-processing industry in an objective manner and eliminates the appraisal errors caused by operators.
(ES) El presente invento describe un dispositivo evaluador de tostado de café que consta de un gabinete con un cajón deslizable, una pantalla táctil, una cámara digital, un sistema de iluminación, una placa acondicionadora de luz y un sistema digital que una vez que se ha colocado una muestra de café en su interior mediante el cajón deslizable el operador obtiene su grado de tostación tocando un botón en la pantalla táctil con Io que el sistema digital hace operar el sistema de iluminación para luego activar la cámara para obtener una imagen, evaluar la coloración de la muestra y mostrar el resultado obtenido en la pantalla. El objeto de esta invención es proporcionar un dispositivo evaluador del grado de tostación del café, que permita obtener el avance del proceso de tostado en la industria de procesamiento de café, de una forma objetiva y que elimine los errores de apreciación de los operadores.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'évaluation de la torréfaction du café, comprenant un boîtier possédant un compartiment coulissant, un écran tactile, un appareil photo numérique, un système d'éclairage, une plaque de conditionnement de lumière et un système numérique. Lorsqu'un échantillon de café est introduit à l'intérieur du dispositif au moyen du compartiment coulissant, l'opérateur peut obtenir le degré de torréfaction du café en touchant un bouton sur l'écran tactile, le système numérique mettant alors en marche le système d'éclairage pour ensuite activer l'appareil photo et obtenir une image, évaluer la coloration de l'échantillon et présenter le résultat obtenu sur l'écran. L'invention a pour objet de fournir un dispositif d'évaluation du degré de torréfaction du café, qui permet d'obtenir le stade d'avancement du processus de torréfaction dans l'industrie du traitement du café, de manière objective et sans les erreurs d'appréciation susceptibles d'être commises par les opérateurs.
