Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an excavator for laying ground electrodes, and an apparatus and method for reducing ground resistance including the same, and, more particularly, to an excavator which can insert a rod-shaped electrode stably without damage by embedding the electrode in a second hollow portion inside a screw of the excavator which reduces ground resistance by using a ground resistance reducing material as a filling surrounding the space around the electrode and injecting the ground resistance reducing material without forming internal voids, and an apparatus and method for reducing ground resistance including the same. In more detail, the excavator for laying the ground electrode, and the apparatus and method for reducing ground resistance including the same of the present invention can remove internal voids in the underground space in which the ground electrode is installed (or embedded), prevent mixing-in of foreign substances, and thus improve the efficiency of reducing ground resistance, by using the material for reducing the ground resistance, water, or a mixture thereof as means for inserting said rod-shaped electrode during the drawing process of the screw so that the material for reducing ground resistance, water, or a mixture thereof can be injected starting from an inside lower portion of the excavated ground as soon as the rod-shaped electrode is inserted, can omit a refilling process by constructing the ground electrode simultaneous to disposal of the soil and sand, and can easily construct the ground electrode by significantly reducing surplus excavation soil. Moreover, the excavator of the present invention can stably insert the rod-shaped electrode into the ground without damage even if the insertion depth of the rod-shaped electrode inserted to reduce the ground resistance increases, by embedding the rod-shaped electrode in the second hollow portion inside the screw, fixing the rod-shaped electrode by a cap closing its lower portion, and inserting the rod-shaped electrode into the ground, protected by the screw.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil de creusement servant à la pose d'électrodes de mise à la terre, et un appareil et un procédé permettant de réduire la résistance du sol en utilisant l'appareil de creusement. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement, d'une part un appareil de creusement permettant l'insertion stable d'une barre d'électrode tout en englobant l'électrode dans une seconde partie creuse à l'intérieur d'une vis de l'appareil de creusement qui, pour réduire la résistance du sol met en œuvre un matériau réduisant la résistance du sol et servant de matériau de comblement entourant l'espace autour de l'électrode, le matériau réduisant la résistance du sol étant injecté en évitant la formation de vides internes, et d'autre part un dispositif et un procédé permettant de réduire la résistance du sol en utilisant l'appareil de creusement. Plus en détails, l'appareil de creusement utilisé pour la pose d'électrodes de mise à la terre, ainsi que le dispositif et le procédé, permettant de réduire la résistance du sol au moyen de cet appareil de creusement, permettent de supprimer les vides internes dans l'espace souterrain dans lequel l'électrode de terre est installée (ou englobée), permettent d'éviter l'inclusion de corps étrangers, et ainsi, permettent d'améliorer l'efficacité de la réduction de résistance du sol. À cet effet, l'invention consiste à prendre le matériau de réduction de la résistance du sol, de l'eau, ou un mélange de ce matériau et d'eau, et à l'utiliser comme moyen pour insérer la barre d'électrode pendant le processus de retrait de la vis de façon que le matériau de réduction de résistance du sol, l'eau, ou ledit mélange, puisse être injecté à partir du bas de la partie intérieure du sol creusé dès l'insertion de la barre d'électrode. L'appareil de creusement, le dispositif et le procédé permettent aussi, d'une part d'éviter l'opération de recomblement en profitant du fait qu'on construit l'électrode de mise à la terre en même temps qu'on enlève la terre et le sable, et d'autre part de réaliser facilement la construction de l'électrode de mise à la terre dans la mesure où l'on réduit de façon considérable le creusement de précaution. Enfin, le perforateur de la présente invention permet l'insertion stable de la barre d'électrode dans le sol sans provoquer de dégâts, même en cas d'augmentation de la profondeur d'insertion de la barre d'électrode insérée pour réduire la résistance du sol, et ce, grâce à l'inclusion de la barre d'électrode dans la seconde partie creuse à l'intérieur de la vis, grâce au maintien de la barre d'électrode par une coiffe d'occlusion dans la partie inférieure, et grâce à l'insertion de la barre d'électrode dans le sol alors qu'elle est encore protégée par la vis.
(KO) 본 발명은 접지 전극 매설을 위한 굴착수단, 이를 포함하는 지반의 접지 저항 저감 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 굴착수단의 스크루 내부의 제2중공부에 봉상전극이 내재되어 지반을 굴착하도록 함으로써 봉상전극의 훼손없이 봉상전극을 안정적으로 삽입할 수 있으며, 상기 봉상전극의 주변 공간을 채워주는 물질로서 접지 저항 저감재를 직접 이용함으로써 내부 공극 없이 접지 저항 저감재를 주입할 수 있어 지반의 접지 저항 감소 정도를 높일 수 있는 굴착수단, 이를 포함하는 지반의 접지 저항 저감 장치 및 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 더욱 상세하게, 본 발명의 접지 전극 매설을 위한 굴착수단, 이를 포함하는 지반의 접지 저항 저감 장치 및 방법은 스크루의 인발과정에서 상기 봉상전극을 삽입하기 위한 수단으로서, 접지 저항 저감재, 물 또는 이의 혼합물을 이용함으로써 봉상전극을 삽입함과 동시에 굴착된 지반 내측 하부부터 접지 저항 저감재, 물 또는 이의 혼합물이 주입되도록 함으로써 접지 전극이 설치되는 지하(내재되는) 공간에 내부 공극을 없앨 수 있고, 이물질의 혼입이 방지되어 이에 따라 지반의 접지 저항 저감 효율을 높일 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 토사 매설과 동시에 접지 전극을 시공함으로써 되메우기 공정을 없앨 수 있고, 굴착 잔토를 크게 감소시켜 접지 전극을 용이하게 시공할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 접지 전극 매설을 위한 굴착수단, 이를 포함하는 지반의 접지 저항 저감 장치 및 방법은 스크루 내부의 제2중공부에 봉상전극이 내재되고, 그 하부를 폐쇄하는 캡에 의해 고정되어 스크루에 의해 보호되면서 지반 내부로 삽입됨으로써 지반의 접지 저항을 감소하기 위해 삽입되는 봉상전극의 삽입 깊이가 길어진다 하더라도 봉상전극의 훼손없이 안정적으로 지반에 삽입될 수 있는 장점이 있다.
