Abstract:
(EN) Proposed are a blood coagulation system analyzer and a blood coagulation system analysis method and program that can analyze a blood coagulation system with high precision. The blood coagulation system is observed prior to the timing of viscoelasticity manifestation (timing at which the blood starts to clot from the viewpoint of viscoelasticity (more specifically, the timing at which active polymerization of fibrin monomers starts)) as a temporal change in permittivity. The permittivity of blood placed between a pair of electrodes is measured at prescribed time intervals after an anticoagulant effect acting on the blood is ended, and the degree of activity of the blood coagulation system is analyzed from the measured results.
(FR) L'invention propose un analyseur de système de coagulation sanguine de même qu'un procédé et un programme d'analyse de système de coagulation sanguine susceptibles d'analyser un système de coagulation sanguine avec grande précision. On observe le système de coagulation sanguine avant minutage de la manifestation de viscoélasticité (minutage auquel le sang commence à former des caillots du point de vue de la viscoélasticité (plus spécifiquement, minutage auquel la polymérisation active de monomères de fibrine commence)) comme changement temporel de permittivité. On mesure la permittivité de sang placé entre une paire d'électrodes selon des intervalles de temps prescrit au terme d'un effet anticoagulant agissant sur le sang, et l'on analyse le degré d'activité du système de coagulation sanguine à partir des résultats mesurés.
(JA)  高精度で血液凝固系を解析し得る血液凝固系解析装置、血液凝固系解析方法及びプログラムを提案する。 血液凝固系は、誘電率の時間変化として、粘弾性開花時期(血液が粘弾性という観点で固まり始める時期(より詳細にはフィブリンモノマーの活発な重合が開始する時期))よりも前から観測される。一対の電極間に配される血液の誘電率を、該血液に働いている抗凝固剤作用が解かれた以後から所定の時間間隔で測定し、その測定結果から血液凝固系の働きの程度を解析する。
