Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a wind-power generation device which can be stopped without imparting a mechanical shock to a tower or windmill blades when a rotor sharply accelerates. When the rotational velocity of a windmill rotor (11) sharply accelerates and a pitch angle control device (20) drives the pitch angle of the blades toward the feathered side, a control unit (21) controls the driving velocity of the blades such that the velocity changes from high speed to low speed in a phase manner or continuously.
(FR) On décrit un dispositif de génération d'énergie éolienne susceptible d'être stoppé sans communiquer un choc mécanique à une tour ou à des pales d'éolienne lorsqu'un rotor accélère brusquement. Lorsque la vitesse de rotation d'un rotor (11) d'éolienne accélère brusquement et qu'un dispositif (20) de commande de l'angle de pas agit sur l'angle de pas des pales en direction de la position en drapeau, une unité (21) de régulation régule la vitesse d'entraînement des pales de telle sorte que la vitesse passe d'une valeur élevée à une faible valeur de manière étagée ou continue.
(JA) ロータの急加速時に、タワー及び風車ブレードの双方に機械的な衝撃を与えることなく停止させる。風車ロータ(11)の回転速度が急加速された場合において、ピッチ角制御部(20)がブレードのピッチ角をフェザー側へ駆動する際に、制御部(21)が、ブレードの駆動速度を高速から低速へ段階的又は連続的に変化させるよう制御する。
