Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a novel method for producing an indolylalkyl succinic acid amide compound, which is useful as a plant growth accelerator, by microorganisms. Specifically disclosed is a method for producing an indolylalkyl succinic acid amide compound represented by general formula (2) (wherein R1, R2 and n are as defined below) or a salt thereof, which is characterized in that microorganisms belonging to the genus Bacillus and having the power of synthesizing an indolylalkyl succinic acid amide are cultured in a medium containing an indolylalkyl amine represented by general formula (1) (wherein R1 and R2 each independently represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group or an alkyl group; R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a carboxyl group; and n represents a number of 0-3) or a salt thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de production d'un composé amide d'acide indolalkylsuccinique, qui est utile comme accélérateur de croissance végétale, par des microorganismes. Elle concerne spécifiquement un procédé de production d'un composé amide d'acide indolalkylsuccinique représenté par la formule générale (2) (dans laquelle R1, R2 et n sont définis ci-dessous) ou l'un de ses sels, qui se caractérise en ce que des microorganismes appartenant au genre Bacillus et ayant la capacité de synthétiser un amide d'acide indolalkylsuccinique sont cultivés dans un milieu contenant une indolylalkylamine représentée par la formule générale (1) (dans laquelle R1 et R2 représentent chacun indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène, un atome d'halogène, un groupe hydroxy, un groupe alcoxy ou un groupe alkyle; R3 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe carboxyle; et n représente un nombre de 0 à 3) ou l'un de ses sels.
