Abstract:
(EN) An abnormal flow rate is determined accurately by calculating a correction flow rate from which the pulsation component is removed.  A gas block device includes a flow rate detection section (21), a flow rate calculation section (22), an abnormal flow rate determination section (23), a valve drive section (24), a valve (25), a pulsation correction section (26), a pulsation holding section (27), and an external input section (28), wherein the pulsation correction section (26) extracts a pulsation pattern (F) from the flow rate (B) of the flow rate calculation section (22), and calculates a correction flow rate (E) from which the pulsation component is cancelled by adding a value which has the phase opposite to that of the pulsation pattern (F) to the flow rate (B).  Consequently, a gas block device can make a comparison with an abnormality determination flow rate at the abnormal flow rate determination section (23).
(FR) Selon l'invention, on détermine avec précision un débit d'écoulement anormal par calcul d'un débit d'écoulement de correction dans lequel on élimine la composante de pulsation est retirée. L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'arrêt de gaz, comprenant une section de détection de débit d'écoulement (21), une section de calcul de débit d'écoulement (22), une section de détermination de débit d'écoulement anormal (23), une section de commande de vanne (24), une vanne (25), une section de correction de pulsation (26), une section de maintien de pulsation (27), et une section d'entrée extérieure (28), la section de correction de pulsation (26) extrayant une configuration de pulsation (F) du débit d'écoulement (B) de la section de calcul de débit d'écoulement (22), et calculant un débit d'écoulement de correction (E) dans lequel on élimine la composante de pulsation par addition d'une valeur dont la phase est opposée à celle de la configuration de pulsation (F) au débit d'écoulement (B). Il en résulte que le dispositif d'arrêt de gaz peut effectuer une comparaison avec un débit d'écoulement de détermination d'anomalie dans la section de détermination de débit d'écoulement anormal (23).
(JA)  脈動成分を排除した補正流量を算出することで異常流量判定を正確に実施する。ガス遮断装置は、流量検出部21、流量算出部22、異常流量判定部23、弁駆動部24、弁25、脈動補正部26、脈動保持部27、及び外部入力部28を備え、脈動補正部26が流量算出部22の流量Bから脈動パターンFを抽出し、流量Bに脈動パターンFの逆位相となる値を加算することで脈動成分を打ち消した補正流量Eを算出することにより、ガス遮断装置は異常流量判定部23にて異常判定流量と比較することができる。
