Abstract:
(EN) A bearing seal for wheel, configured in such a manner that the bearing seal has low torque characteristics achieved by reducing sliding resistance of the seal and that the seal has improved reliability achieved by preventing the seal from separating when the seal is in the form of a single element and is not yet mounted in place. The end surface of a seal plate (10) on the outer diameter side thereof and the end surface of an upstanding plate section (11b) of a slinger (11) are made to be flush with each other, and the width (W1) of the seal plate (10) is set to be greater than the width (W2) of the slinger (11).  If contact loads on first and second side lips (13a, 13b) are F1 and F2 and straining force of a grease lip (13c) is F3, F1, F2, and F3 are set so as to satisfy the relationship of F1 + F2 ≤ 1.5 × F3, and the grease lip (13C) is disposed in such a manner that, when a seal (7) is in the form of a single element, the grease lip (13c) does not come out of a circular tube section (11a) of the slinger (11) even if the slinger (11) moves owing to reaction forces to the contact loads of the first and second side lips (13a, 13b).
(FR) L’invention concerne un joint d’appui pour roue, conçu de sorte que le joint d’appui ait de faibles caractéristiques de couple atteintes en réduisant la résistance au glissement du joint et que le joint ait une meilleure fiabilité obtenue en empêchant ledit joint de se séparer quand il est sous la forme d’un élément unique et n’est pas encore monté en place. La surface d’extrémité d’une plaque d’étanchéité (10) sur son côté de diamètre extérieur et la surface d’extrémité d’une section de plaque de support (11b) d’un projeteur (11) sont réalisées de façon à affleurer l’une avec l’autre, et la largeur (W1) de la plaque d’étanchéité (10) est réglée pour être supérieure à la largeur (W2) du projeteur (11). Si les charges de contact sur les première et seconde lèvres latérales (13a, 13b) sont F1 et F2 et que la force de tension d’une lèvre de graissage (13c) est F3, F1, F2, et F3 sont réglées de façon à satisfaire à la relation F1 + F2 ≤ 1,5 × F3, et la lèvre de graissage (13C) est disposée de telle sorte que, lorsqu’un joint (7) est sous la forme d’un élément unique, la lèvre de graissage (13c) ne sorte pas d’une section de tube circulaire (11a) du projeteur (11) même si le projeteur (11) se déplace du fait des forces de réaction aux charges de contact des première et seconde lèvres latérales (13a, 13b).
(JA) 【課題】シールの摺動抵抗を低減して低トルク化を図ると共に、シール単体および組立前におけるシールの分離を防止して信頼性を向上させた車輪用軸受シールおよびこれを備えた車輪用軸受装置を提供する。 【解決手段】シール板10の外径側の端面とスリンガ11の立板部11bの端面とが面一に設定されると共に、シール板10の幅寸法W1が、スリンガ11の幅寸法W2よりも大きく設定され、当該第1および第2のサイドリップ13a、13bの接触荷重をF1、F2とし、グリースリップ13cの緊迫力をF3とした時、F1+F2≦1.5×F3の関係になるように設定されると共に、シール7が、単体の状態で第1および第2のサイドリップ13a、13bの接触荷重の反力でスリンガ11が移動しても、グリースリップ13cがスリンガ11の円筒部11aから脱落しないように配置されている。
