Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a mobile communication system equipped with a first access network, for which a bearer forwarding route that guarantees a prescribed QoS is established, and a second access network, for which a forwarding route that differs from that of the first access network is established. A PCRF (60) transmits to a mobile station an upstream traffic switching request that contains information about a flow-of the flows being communicated by UE (10)-for which the access system type is switched, and information about the type of the access system to which said flow is switched. The UE (10) receives the aforementioned upstream traffic switching request, and switches the forwarding route of the flow included in the aforementioned upstream traffic switching request to that of the aforementioned access system type. Thus, with respect to a flow established by a mobile station that is capable of connecting to multiple wireless access networks simultaneously, it is possible to provide a mobile communication system and the like capable of switching the forwarding route of the relevant flow under the initiative of a control station arranged within a core network, without requiring modifications to be made to all of the wireless access networks.
(FR) Un système de communication mobile est doté d'un premier réseau d'accès, pour lequel une route de transmission de support qui garantit une QoS prescrite est établie, et un second réseau d'accès, pour lequel une route de transmission qui est différente de celle du premier réseau d'accès est établie. Un PCRF (60) transmet à une station mobile une demande de commutation du trafic montant qui contient des informations concernant un flux - des flux qui sont communiqués par l'UE (10) - pour lequel le type de système d'accès est commuté, et des informations concernant le type de système d'accès vers lequel ledit flux est commuté. L'UE (10) reçoit la demande de commutation de trafic montant susmentionnée, et commute la route de transmission du flux inclus dans la demande de commutation de trafic montant susmentionnée vers celle du type de système d'accès susmentionné. Ainsi, en ce qui concerne un flux établi par une station mobile et capable de se connecter à de multiples réseaux d'accès sans fil simultanément, il est possible de fournir un système de communication mobile et similaire capable de commuter la route de transmission du flux concerné sous l'initiative d'une station de contrôle disposée dans un réseau d'infrastructure, sans nécessiter que des modifications soient faites sur l'ensemble des réseaux d'accès sans fil.
(JA)  所定のQoSを保証するベアラ転送路が確立された第1アクセスネットワークと、第1アクセスネットワークと異なる転送路が確立された第2アクセスネットワークとを備え、PCRF60は、UE10が通信しているフローのうち、アクセスシステム種別を切り替えるフローと、該フローの切り替え先となるアクセスシステム種別との情報を含む上りトラフィック切り替え要求を移動局に送信し、UE10は、前記上りトラフィック切り替え要求を受信すると、前記上りトラフィック切り替え要求に含まれるフローの転送路を、前記アクセスシステム種別に切り替える。これにより、複数の無線アクセスネットワークに同時接続可能な移動局が確立したフローについて、総ての無線アクセスネットワークに改変を加える必要がなく、コアネットワーク内に設置された制御局の主導のもと、当該フローの伝送路を切り替え可能な移動通信システム等を提供することができる。
