Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a foamable resin composition containing starch, a synthetic resin, an alkaline compound, and water in an amount of 10 parts by mass to 40 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the starch, wherein the content of the synthetic resin is from 0.02% by mass to 10% by mass.  The alkaline compound is preferably at least one compound selected from a group consisting of alkali metal hydrogen carbonates, alkali metal carbonates, alkaline earth metal hydrogen carbonates, and alkaline earth metal carbonates.  There is no practical problem in the cushioning performance and the like of a foam obtained using the foamable resin composition and the content of the synthetic resin is extremely low, and therefore, the foam is advantageous from the viewpoint of cost.
(FR) L'invention porte sur une composition de résine expansible contenant de l'amidon, une résine synthétique, un composé alcalin et de l'eau à hauteur de 10 parties en masse à 40 parties en masse pour 100 parties en masse de l'amidon, la teneur de la résine synthétique étant de 0,02 % en masse à 10 % en masse. Le composé alcalin est de préférence au moins un composé choisi dans un groupe constitué par les hydrogénocarbonates de métaux alcalins, les carbonates de métaux alcalins, les hydrogénocarbonates de métaux alcalinoterreux et les carbonates de métaux alcalinoterreux. Il n'y a pas de problème pratique dans la performance d'amortissement et similaire d'une mousse obtenue à l'aide de la composition de résine expansible et la teneur de la résine synthétique est extrêmement faible et, par conséquent, la mousse est avantageuse du point de vue du coût.
(JA)  本発明の発泡性樹脂組成物は、澱粉、合成樹脂、アルカリ性化合物及び該澱粉100質量部に対して10質量部~40質量部の水を含有する発泡性樹脂組成物であって、該合成樹脂の含有量が、0.02質量%~10質量%であることを特徴とする。アルカリ性化合物としては、アルカリ金属の炭酸水素塩、アルカリ金属の炭酸塩、アルカリ土類金属の炭酸水素塩及びアルカリ土類金属の炭酸塩からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であることが好ましい。本発明の発泡性樹脂組成物を用いて得られる発泡体の緩衝性能等は、実用上問題がなく、合成樹脂の含有量が極めて少ないのでコスト的に有利である。
