Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a modified novolac resin having excellent moisture resistance and heat resistance, and a thermosetting resin composition wherein the modified novolac resin is blended as a curing agent.  Specifically disclosed is a novolac resin represented by formula (III), wherein the ratio of ortho-ortho-ortho bonds produced by condensing a hydrogen atom in the ortho position of a phenol represented by formula (II') and a phenol represented by formula (II'') with an aldehyde group of an orthohydroxybenzaldehyde is not less than 70% by mole of the total bonds.  Also specifically disclosed is an epoxy resin composition containing the novolac resin.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une résine novolaque modifiée avec une excellente résistance à l'humidité et à la chaleur, et une composition de résine thermodurcissable dans laquelle la résine novolaque modifiée est mélangée comme durcisseur. L'invention concerne spécifiquement une résine novolaque représentée par la formule (III) dans laquelle la proportion de liaisons ortho-ortho-ortho produites en condensant un atome d'hydrogène en position ortho d'un phénol représenté par la formule (II') et d'un phénol représenté par la formule (II'') avec un groupe aldéhyde d'un orthohydroxybenzaldéhyde est supérieure ou égale à 70 % en moles de la totalité des liaisons. L'invention concerne également une composition de résine époxyde contenant la résine novolaque.
(JA)  本発明は、優れた耐湿性および耐熱性を有する変性ノボラック樹脂および前記変性ノボラック樹脂を硬化剤として配合した熱硬化性樹脂組成物であって、式(II')で表されるフェノール類および式(II'')で表されるフェノール類のオルソ位の水素原子と前記オルソヒドロキシベンズアルデヒド類のアルデヒド基が縮合して生成したオルソ-オルソ-オルソ結合の割合が、全結合の70モル%以上である式(III)で表されるノボラック樹脂および前記ノボラック樹脂を含むエポキシ樹脂組成物である。
