Abstract:
(EN) Provided are a liquid jetting head wherein contamination due to an excess liquid is eliminated and liquid jetting after refilling a liquid is stabilized by improving performance of recovering the excess liquid, and a liquid jetting recording device.  The liquid jetting head is provided with: a nozzle guard (24) which covers the circumference of a nozzle row (31c) and has a slit (24c) formed to face the nozzle row (31c); and a suction channel (15) wherein a suction pump which sucks the excess ink leaked out from the nozzle row (31c) is connected thereto.  The space inside of the nozzle guard (24) is partitioned into a first space (S1) and a second space (S2), and the first space (S1) and the second space (S2) are connected by means of a connecting hole group (31f) formed in the nozzle plate (31).
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une tête d’éjection de liquide dans laquelle la contamination due à un excès de liquide est supprimée et l’éjection de liquide, après réapprovisionnement en liquide, est stabilisée grâce à l’amélioration des performances de récupération de l’excès de liquide, et à un dispositif d’enregistrement à éjection de liquide. La tête d’éjection de liquide est pourvue d’ : un carter d’ajutage (24) qui recouvre la circonférence d’une rangée d’ajutages (31c) et comporte une fente (24c) formée pour faire face à la rangée d’ajutages (31c) ; et un canal d’aspiration (15), auquel est reliée une pompe d’aspiration qui aspire l’excès d’encre s’échappant de la rangée d’ajutages (31c). L’espace situé à l’intérieur du carter d’ajutage (24) est divisé en un premier espace (S1) et un second espace (S2), et le premier espace (S1) et le second espace (S2) étant reliés au moyen d’un groupe de trous de liaison (31f) formés dans la plaque d’ajutage (31).
(JA) 余剰液体の回収能力を向上させて、余剰液体による汚染を防止するとともに、液体充填後の液体噴射を安定させることができる液体噴射ヘッド及び液体噴射記録装置を提供する。ノズル列31cの周囲を覆うとともに、ノズル列31cと対向するスリット24cが形成されたノズルガード24と、ノズル列31cから漏出した余剰インクを吸引する吸引ポンプが接続された吸引流路15とを備え、ノズルガード24の内側空間を第1空間S1と第2空間S2とに区画し、これら第1空間S1と第2空間S2とをノズルプレート31の連通孔群31fにより連通させることを特徴とする。
