Abstract:
(EN) A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for polarizers which comes to have excellent durability and the excellent effect of preventing light from leaking, without using high-energy light beams. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for polarizers is characterized by comprising ingredients (A) to (C) and having a gel content of 91% or higher: (A) an acrylic polymer which is obtained by copolymerizing at least the following monomer ingredients (a1) to (a3) and has a weight-average molecular weight of 500,000-2,000,000 and a ratio of the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) to the number-average molecular weight (Mn), (Mw/Mn), of 8 or lower 100 parts by weight (a1) an alkyl (meth)acrylate 45-94.9 mass% (a2) a carboxylated monomer 0.1-5 mass% (a3) a benzene-ring-containing monomer 5-50 mass%; (B) a tolylene diisocyanate-based crosslinking agent 4-12 parts by weight; and (C) a silane coupling agent having reactivity with a carboxy group 0.05-1 part by weight, the amount of the monomer (a3) being at least 5 times by mole the amount of the tolylene diisocyanate-based crosslinking agent.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition adhésive autocollante pour des polariseurs qui parvient à avoir une excellente durabilité et l'excellent effet d'empêcher la lumière de fuir, sans utiliser des faisceaux lumineux à énergie élevée. La composition adhésive autocollante pour des polariseurs est caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend les composants (A) à (C) et qu'elle a une teneur en gel de 91 % ou plus : (A) un polymère acrylique qui est obtenu par copolymérisation d'au moins les composants monomères suivants (a1) à (a3) et a un poids moléculaire moyen en poids de 500 000 à 2 000 000 et un rapport du poids moléculaire moyen en poids (Mw) au poids moléculaire moyen en nombre (Mn), (Mw/Mn), de 8 ou moins 100 parties en poids (a1) un (méth)acrylate d'alkyle 45 à 94,9 % en masse (a2) un monomère carboxylé 0,1 à 5 % en masse (a3) un monomère contenant un cycle benzénique 5 à 50 % en masse; (B) un agent de réticulation à base de diisocyanate de tolylène 4 à 12 parties en poids; et (C) un agent de couplage de silane ayant une réactivité avec un groupe carboxy 0,05 à 1 partie en poids, la quantité du monomère (a3) étant au moins 5 fois en moles de la quantité d'agent de réticulation à base de diisocyanate de tolylène.
