Abstract:
(EN) A filter element is provided with a plurality of cascade-connected multilayer filters (101, 102), each of which is equipped with a plurality of piezoelectric thin-film resonators stacked in the vertical direction, including a piezoelectric film and a pair of first electrodes with the piezoelectric film therebetween. The filter element is also provided with a capacitor (40) connected between an input terminal of the multilayer filter (101) in the prior stage out of the plurality of multilayer filters and an input terminal of the multilayer filter (102) in the subsequent stage out of the plurality of multilayer filters. The excitation direction of the piezoelectric thin-film resonator (10a) to which the input terminal of the multilayer filter in the prior stage is connected and the excitation direction of the piezoelectric thin-film resonator (20b) to which the input terminal of the multilayer filter in the subsequent stage is connected are inverted from each other.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un élément de filtrage qui comprend une pluralité de filtres multicouches montés en cascade (101, 102), dont chacun est équipé d'une pluralité de résonateurs à film mince piézoélectrique empilés dans la direction verticale, comprenant un film piézoélectrique et une paire de premières électrodes entre lesquelles se trouve le film piézoélectrique. L'élément de filtrage comprend également un condensateur (40) connecté entre une borne d'entrée du filtre multicouche (101) dans l'étage précédent parmi la pluralité de filtres multicouches et une borne d'entrée du filtre multicouche (102) dans l'étage suivant parmi la pluralité de filtres multicouches. La direction d'excitation du résonateur à film mince piézoélectrique (10a) auquel la borne d'entrée du filtre multicouche de l'étage précédent est connectée et la direction d'excitation du résonateur à film mince piézoélectrique (20b) auquel la borne d'entrée du filtre multicouche de l'étage suivant est connectée sont inversées l'une par rapport à l'autre.
