Abstract:
(EN) A composition suitable for printing of an opto-electrical device, comprises a semiconducting hole transport material, a first solvent and a second solvent, the first solvent being 1-tetralone, benzylbenzoate and 1 methoxynaphthalene o-xylene, mixed-xylene, ethylbenzene, propylbenzene, butylbenzene having a higher boiling point and a greater viscosity than the second solvent, the second solvent being mesitylene, o-xylene, mixed-xylene, ethylbenzene, propylbenzene, butylbenzene. The solvents are miscible with one another and the viscosity of the first solvent is in the range of 5 to 12 mPas. The first solvent has a boiling point between 250 and 350 °C, and the second solvent has a boiling point between 100 and 200 °C. The figure shows derived interlayer film profiles when printed onto PEDOT (PD239). The old formulation shows edge thickening whereas two new formulations give slight edge thinning.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition adaptée à l'impression d'un dispositif opto-électrique comprenant un matériau de transport de trous semi-conducteur, un premier solvant et un second solvant, le premier solvant étant composé de 1-tetralone, de benzyl benzoate et de 1 méthoxynaphthalène o-xylène, de xylène mixte, d'éthylbenzène, de propylbenzène, de butylbenzène ayant un point d'ébullition supérieur et une viscosité supérieure à ceux du second solvant, le second solvant étant composé de mésitylène, d'o-xylène, de xylène mixte, d'éthylbenzène, de propylbenzène, de butylbenzène. Les solvants sont miscibles entre eux et la viscosité du premier solvant est comprise dans la plage de 5 à 12 mPas. Le premier solvant présente un point d'ébullition compris entre 250 et 350 °C, et le second solvant présente un point d'ébullition compris entre 100 et 200 °C. La figure représente les profils de film intercouches dérivés lorsqu'ils sont imprimés sur du PEDOT (PD239). L'ancienne formulation représente des zones d'épaississement des bords tandis que les deux nouvelles formulations présentent un léger amincissement des bords.
