Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for anticipating downshifting upon uphill drive on a vehicle provided with an automatic transmission and including change laws imposing a change to the lower gear based on pre-established downshifting curves, characterised in that the change to a lower gear (R-1) is imposed to the transmission independently from the gear setpoint established by the change laws when the acceleration that can be reached at the maximum torque aest(Cm_max) on the current gear (R) is lower than an acceleration threshold necessary for maintaining the vehicle speed.
(FR) Procédé d' anticipation des rétrogradages en montée sur un véhicule équipé d'une transmission automatique disposant par ailleurs de lois de passage lui imposant des passages sur le rapport inférieur en fonction de courbes de rétrogradage préétablies, caractérisé en ce que le passage sur le rapport inférieur (R-1) est imposé à la transmission indépendamment de la consigne de rapport établie par les lois de passage, lorsque l'accélération atteignable au couple maximal aest(Cm_max) sur le rapport courant (R) est inférieure au seuil d'accélération nécessaire au maintien de la vitesse du véhicule.
