Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a foamed isocyanate -based polymer derived from a reaction mixture comprising an isocyanate, an active hydrogen-containing compound, a blowing agent and a highly branched polysaccharide which is derivatized with at least two esters of different length. Further the invention relates to a mix and a process for the production of isocyanate-based polymer. The mix for the production of a foamed isocyanate-based polymer comprises a mixture of the derivatized polysaccharide of the invention and an active hydrogen-containing compound. The process for producing a foamed isocyanate-based polymer comprises the steps of: contacting an isocyanate, an active hydrogen-containing compound, the derivatized highly branched polysaccharide of the invention and a blowing agent to form a reaction mixture and expanding the reaction mixture to produce the foamed isocyanate-based polymer. The derivatized highly branched polysaccharide of the invention has an active hydrogen functionality of less than 15 and comprises randomly bonded glucopyranose units, having an average number of 10-100 glucose residues.
(FR) L'invention concerne un polymère à base d'isocyanate expansé dérivé d'un mélange réactionnel comprenant un isocyanate, un composé contenant de l'hydrogène actif, un agent d'expansion et un polysaccharide hautement ramifié qui est dérivé par au moins deux esters de longueurs différentes. En outre, l'invention concerne un mélange et un procédé pour la production de polymère à base d'isocyanate. Le mélange pour la production d'un polymère à base d'isocyanate expansé comprend un mélange du polysaccharide dérivé de l'invention et un composé contenant de l'hydrogène actif. Le procédé de production d'un polymère à base d'isocyanate expansé comprend les étapes suivantes : mise en contact d'un isocyanate, d'un composé contenant de l'hydrogène actif, du polysaccharide hautement ramifié et dérivé de l'invention et d'un agent d'expansion afin de former un mélange réactionnel, et expansion du mélange réactionnel pour produire le polymère à base d'isocyanate expansé. Le polysaccharide hautement ramifié et dérivé de l'invention a une fonctionnalité hydrogène actif inférieure à 15 et comprend des motifs glucopyranose liés au hasard, comportant un nombre moyen de 10-100 résidus glucose.
