Abstract:
(DE) Das Leckdetektionsverfahren sieht vor, dass ein mit einem Testgas gefüllter Prüfling (24) vor einer Saugöffnung (11) positioniert wird. Die angesaugte Luft streicht an der Oberfläche des Prüflings entlang und nimmt im Falle eines Lecks Testgas auf. Das Testgas wird von einem Testgasdetektor (17, 17a) erkannt. Die Erfindung stellt die volle Beweglichkeit des Prüflings (24) während des Prüfvorgangs sicher, so dass auch eine Prüfung während des Vorbeibewegens von Prüflingen an der Saugöffnung durchgeführt werden kann.
(EN) The invention relates to a leak detection method wherein a specimen (24) filled with a test gas is positioned in front of a suction opening (11). The suctioned air brushes along the surface of said specimen takes up test gas in the case of a leak. Said test gas is recognized by a test gas detector (17, 17a). According to the invention, full mobility of said specimen (24) is ensured during the testing process such that a test can also be carried out while said specimen is moving past said suction opening.
(FR) Le procédé de détection de fuite prévoit qu'un échantillon (24) rempli d'un gaz d'essai soit placé devant un orifice d'aspiration (11). L'air aspiré passe le long de la surface de l'échantillon et absorbe du gaz d'essai en cas de fuite de gaz. Le gaz d'essai est détecté par un détecteur de gaz d'essai (17, 17a). La présente invention assure la mobilité totale de l'échantillon (24) durant l'opération de vérification de sorte qu'une vérification puisse également avoir lieu durant le déplacement de l'échantillon devant l'orifice d'aspiration.
