CLAIMS

1. An industrial plant for shearing metal sheets (50) characterized in that it comprises at least: a first shearing station (10) comprising a first shearing apparatus (101) and a first feeding section (102), said first shearing apparatus receiving at least a metal sheet from said first feeding section and cutting said metal sheet into metal straps (500) having a predefined maximum size; and a second shearing station (20) comprising a second shearing apparatus (201, 201A) and a second feeding section (202, 605), said second shearing apparatus receiving at least one metal strap from said second feeding section and cutting said metal strap into one or more metal blanks having a predefined maximum size; and conveying means (30) for automatically conveying one or more metal straps from the output of said first shearing apparatus to the second feeding section at the input of said second shearing apparatus. 2. An industrial plant, according to claim 1, characterized in that said conveying means convey said metal straps along a plurality of conveying directions (51, 52).

3. An industrial plant, according to claim 2, characterized in that said conveying means convey said metal straps along a first conveying direction (51) and along a second conveying direction (52), said second conveying direction being substantially perpendicular to said first conveying direction.

4. An industrial plant, according to one or more of the previous claims, characterized in that said first feeding section comprises a first feeding chute (102) extending along an inclined first feeding plane (103).

5. An industrial plant, according to one or more of the previous claims, characterized in that said second feeding section comprises a second feeding chute (202) extending along an inclined second feeding plane (203).

An industrial plant, according to one or more of the previous claims, characterized in that said conveying means comprise: at least a collector station (301) that receives said metal straps provided in output by said first shearing apparatus and a first conveyor station (302) that receives said metal straps from said collector station; and at least a second conveyor station (3030) that comprises a conveying section (3031), which receives said metal straps from said first conveyor station, and a topple section (3032), which receives the metal straps from said conveying section on a topple plane (3030B), said topple section being capable of rotating said topple plane of an angle (cc3) around at least a topple axis (3033); and at least an elevator station (304) that receives said metal straps from said second conveyor station and conveys said metal straps to said second shearing station.

An industrial plant, according to the claims 5 and 6, characterized in that said elevator station receives said metals straps on an elevator plane (3040) that is substantially parallel to said second feeding chute, said elevator station vertically shifting said elevator plane, so as to align said elevator plane with said second feeding chute. 8. An industrial plant, according to one or more of the claims from 1 to 4, characterized in that said second feeding section extends along a horizontal third feeding plane (206).

An industrial plant, according to claim 8, characterized in that said conveying means comprise: - at least a first conveying section (600A) that receives the metal straps, which are provided in output by said first shearing apparatus on a discharging plane (6010), and conveys said metal straps along said first conveying direction (51), so as to reach said third feeding plane (206); and at least a second conveying section (600B) that comprises first pushing means (602), which push said metal straps away from said first conveying section, said metal straps being pushed on a sliding carrier (605), towards said second shearing station.

10. An industrial plant, according to claim 9, characterized in that said first conveying section comprises a chain conveyor belt (601). 11. An industrial plant, according to claims 9 and 10, characterized in that said first pushing means comprise a plurality of first pushing elements (6020), each of said first pushing element being arranged, so as to push one or more metal straps away from at least one sector (6012) of said continuous chain conveyor belt, said metal straps being pushed along at least one sector (6051) of said sliding carrier, towards said second shearing station.

12. An industrial plant, according to one or more of the claims from 10 to 11, characterized in that said sliding carrier extends along said third feeding plane (206).

13. An industrial plant, according to claim 1, characterized in that said conveying means convey said metal straps along a single conveying direction (51).

14. An industrial plant, according to claim 13, characterized in that said first feeding section comprises a first feeding chute (102) extending along an inclined first feeding plane (103).

15. An industrial plant, according to one or more of the claims from 13 to 14, characterized in that said second feeding section comprises a second feeding chute (202) extending along an inclined second feeding plane (203).

16. An industrial plant, according to one or more of the claims from 13 to 15, characterized in that said conveying means comprise: at least a collector station (301) that receives said metal straps provided in output by said first shearing apparatus; and at least a first conveyor station (302) that receives said metal straps from said collector station; and - at least a second conveyor station (3030) that comprises a movable drum (3035), which receives said metal straps from said first conveyor station, said movable drum being capable of moving back and forth along said first conveying direction (51), said movable drum being capable of rotating around at least a rotation axis (3038), said movable drum being capable of toppling around at least a topple axis; and at least an elevator station (304) that receives said metal straps from said second conveyor station and conveys said metal straps to said second shearing station.

17. An industrial plant, according to claim 15 and 16, characterized in that said elevator station receiving said metals straps on an elevator plane (3040) that is substantially parallel to said second feeding chute (203), said elevator station vertically shifting said elevator plane, so as to align said elevator plane with said second feeding chute.

18. An industrial plant, according to one or more of the previous claims, characterized in that said metal sheets are made of copper or nickel. 19. An industrial plant, according to claim 18, characterized in that said metal sheets are obtained by means of metallurgic processes of electrolysis.

20. An industrial facility, characterized in that it comprises at least an industrial plant, according to one or more of the claims from 18 to 19.
