Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Federbein für Radaufhängungen von Kraftfahrzeugen, mit einem Teleskop-Stoßdämpfer (12), der einerseits am Aufbau des Kraftfahrzeuges und andererseits an einem Radführungselement (20) abgestützt ist, mit einer um den Stoßdämpfer (12) angeordneten Tragfeder (14) und einer in Reihe geschalteten Speicherfeder (16), die als Schraubendruckfedern ausgebildet sind und beide an einem Verstellfederteller (34) in gegensinniger Kraftrichtung angreifen, ferner mit einem innerhalb der Tragfeder (14) und der Speicherfeder (16) angeordneten, elektromotorisch betätigten Stelltrieb (22), mittels dem der Verstellfederteller (34) axial verschiebbar ist, sowie mit zumindest einem ringförmigen, die Tragfeder (14) und/oder die Speicherfeder (16) umschließenden und mit deren Federtellern verbundenen Faltenbalg. Erfindungsgemäß ist der Faltenbalg (52) als ein die Tragfeder (14) und/oder die Speicherfeder (16) unterstützendes Zusatzfederelement ausgebildet.
(EN) The invention relates to a suspension strut for wheel suspensions of motor vehicles, having a telescoping shock absorber (12) supported on the chassis of the motor vehicle on one side, and on the wheel guide element (20) on the other side, having a suspension spring (14) disposed about the shock absorber (12), and a stored-energy spring (16) connected in series and configured as compression coil springs and both acting on an adjusting spring plate (34) in opposite force directions, and further having an electric motor-driven actuator (22) disposed within the suspension spring (14) and the stored-energy spring (16), by means of which the adjusting spring plate (34) can be axially displaced, and having at least one ring-shaped bellows enclosing the suspension spring (14) and/or stored-energy spring (16) and connected to the spring plates thereof. According to the invention, the bellows (52) is configured as an overload spring element supporting the suspension spring (14) and/or the stored-energy spring (16).
(FR) L'invention concerne une jambe élastique pour suspensions de véhicules automobiles, comprenant un amortisseur de chocs télescopique (12), reposant d'une part sur la carrosserie du véhicule automobile et d'autre part sur un élément de guidage de roue (20), un ressort de suspension (14) agencé autour de l'amortisseur de chocs (12) et un ressort accumulateur (16) monté en série, les ressorts se présentant sous la forme de ressorts de compression et étant tous deux appliqués contre une coupelle de ressort réglable (34) dans le sens inverse de la force. La jambe élastique comprend également un mécanisme de commande réglable (22), actionné par un moteur électrique, agencé dans le ressort de suspension (14) et le ressort accumulateur (16), permettant de déplacer axialement la coupelle de ressort réglable (34), ainsi qu'au moins un soufflet annulaire, qui entoure le ressort de suspension (14) et/ou le ressort accumulateur (16) et est relié à leurs coupelles de ressort. Selon l'invention, le soufflet (52) se présente sous la forme d'un élément ressort auxiliaire soutenant le ressort de suspension (14) et/ou le ressort accumulateur (16).
