Abstract:
(DE) Bei einem Verfahren und einer Vorrichtung zur Beschichtung der Funktionsflächen von symmetrisch gezackten Bauteilen, insbesondere der Zahnflanken (3) von Zahnrädern (1), mit einer das Beschichtungsmaterial in Form von elektrisch geladenen Partikeln in Richtung des Bauteils emittierenden, relativ zu diesem umlaufenden Beschichtungsquelle (2) wird erfindungsgemäß auf technologisch einfache Weise eine qualitativ hochwertige Funktionsflächenbeschichtung des Bauteils dadurch erzielt, dass im Strahlengang zwischen Bauteil (1) und Beschichtungsquelle (2) quer zur Bestrahlungsrichtung eine das Bauteil in einem Umlaufbereich mit flach zur Bestrahlungsrichtung geneigter Funktionsflächenausrichtung vom Beschichtungsstrahl abschirmende Blende (4) angeordnet ist.
(EN) The invention relates to a method and to a device for coating the functional surfaces of symmetrically serrated components, in particular the tooth flanks (3) of gears (1), having a coating source (2) emitting the coating material in the form of electrically charged particles in the direction of the component and revolving relative to said component, wherein, according to the invention, a high-quality functional surface coating of the component is achieved in a technologically simple manner in that a shield (4) shielding the component from the coating beam in a circumferential area having a functional surface orientation flat to the direction of irradiation is disposed in the beam path between the component (1) and the coating source (2) transverse to the direction of irradiation.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de revêtement des surfaces fonctionnelles d'éléments de construction symétriquement dentelés, en particulier de flancs de dents (3) de roues dentées (1) avec une source de revêtement (2) émettant le matériau de revêtement sous la forme de particules électriquement chargées en direction de l'élément de construction et circulant autour de celui-ci. Selon l'invention, un revêtement de haute qualité des surfaces fonctionnelles de l'élément de construction est obtenu de manière technologique simple du fait que sur le trajet du jet, entre l'élément de construction (1) et la source de revêtement (2), un écran (4) protégeant du jet de revêtement l'élément de construction dans une zone de rotation avec une orientation des surfaces fonctionnelles inclinée à plat par rapport au sens du jet est disposé transversalement au sens du jet.
