Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen druckfähigen Precursor aus einem metallorganischen Aluminium-, Gallium-, Neodym-, Ruthenium-, Magnesium-, Hafnium-, Zirkonium-, Indium- und/oder Zinn-Komplex sowie deren Gemische, der mindestens einen Liganden aus der Klasse der Oximate enthält, für elektronische Bauteile sowie ein Herstellverfahren. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung entsprechende gedruckte elektronische Bauelemente, vorzugsweise Feldeffekttransistoren.
(EN) The invention relates to a printable precursor made of a metal organic aluminum, gallium, neodymium, ruthenium, magnesium, hafnium, zirconium, indium, and/or tin complex and mixtures thereof comprising at least one ligand from the class of oximates, for electronic components, and to a production method. The invention further relates to a corresponding printed electronic component, preferably field effect transistors.
