Abstract:
(EN) A mine roof support assembly for anchoring in a bore hole by means of a resin, cementitious grout which includes an elongated reinforcing tendon which extends from a proximal end portion to a distal end portion. A slip sheath formed from a heat shrunk plastic, is secured by heat shrinkage radially about the tendon. The sheath is mechanically coupled to the tendon so as to allow the desired axial sliding of the tendon relative to the sheath on the application of predetermined forces which sufficient to effect any desired yielding movement of the tendon in the bore hole. An anti-bonding agent or coating and/or anticorrosive may be interposed between the sheath and the tendon, whereby the sheath substantially encapsulates and limits the admixing of the interposed anti -bonding agent/anti-corrosive coating with the resin.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un ensemble support de toit de mine pour l'ancrage dans un trou de forage au moyen d'une résine, d'un coulis cimentaire comprenant un tendon de renfort allongé qui s'étend d'une partie d'extrémité proximale à une partie d'extrémité distale. Une gaine de glissement formée en une matière plastique thermorétractable est fixée par thermorétraction de façon radiale autour du tendon. La gaine est couplée mécaniquement au tendon de façon à permettre le glissement axial désiré du tendon par rapport à la gaine lors de l'application de forces prédéterminées qui suffisent à produire n'importe quel mouvement élastique souhaité du tendon dans le trou de forage. Un revêtement ou agent anti-adhérent et/ou anticorrosif peut être interposé entre la gaine et le tendon, ce par quoi la gaine encapsule et limite sensiblement le mélange de l'agent anti-adhérent/revêtement anticorrosif interposé et de la résine.
