Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method to enhance cell growth in culture comprising adding an alkyl-amine-n-oxide (AANOx), such as dodecyldimethylamine oxide (DDAO), into the culture medium in an amount sufficient to improve cell growth.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une méthode d'amplification de la croissance cellulaire dans une culture, ladite méthode comprenant l'ajout d'un alkyl-amine-n-oxyde (AANOx), comme le dodécyldiméthylamine oxyde (DDAO), dans le milieu de culture à une teneur suffisante pour améliorer la croissance cellulaire.
