Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to electrically conductive polymer compositions, and their use in organic electronic devices. The electrically conductive polymer compositions include an intrinsically conductive polymer having at least one monomer unit derived from Formula I: where: Q= N, CR5 X= N, CR6 Z= NH, S, O, Se, Te R1 through R4 can be H, F, Cl, C1C24 alkyl, C2-C24 alkenyl, aryl, C1-C10 alkoxy, C1-C10 alkylseleno, C1-C10 alkylthio, C1-C10 alkylsilyl, NH2, or C1-C10 dialkylamino, where adjacent R groups can join together to form a 5- or 6-membered aliphatic or aromatic rings, with the proviso that at least one of R1 through R4 is NH2, and at least one of R1 through R6 is H, and. R5 and R6 can be H, C1-C24 alkyl, C2-C24 alkenyl, and aryl. The electrically conducting polymer is doped with a non-fluohnated acid polymer.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur des compositions de polymères conductrices de l'électricité et sur leur utilisation dans des dispositifs électroniques organiques. Les compositions de polymères conductrices de l'électricité renferment un polymère intrinsèquement conducteur possédant au moins un motif monomère dérivé de la Formule (I), où Q = N, CR5, X = N, CR6, Z = NH, S, O, Se, Te, R1 à R4 peuvent être H, F, Cl, des radicaux alkyle en C1-C24, alcényle en C2-C24, aryle, alcoxy en C1-C10, alkylséléno en C1-C10, alkylthio en C1-C10, alkylsilyle en C1-C10, NH2 ou di(alkyle en C1-C10)amino, des groupes R adjacents pouvant être réunis pour former des cycles aliphatiques ou aromatiques à 5 ou 6 chaînons, à la condition qu'au moins l'un des radicaux R1 à R4 soit NH2 et qu'au moins l'un des radicaux R1 à R6 soit H, et que R5 et R6 puissent être H, des radicaux alkyle en C1-C24, alcényle en C2-C24 et aryle. Le polymère conducteur de l'électricité est dopé par un polymère d'acide non fluoré.
