Abstract:
(EN) A solar cell module comprising a solar cell layer and an ionomer sheet comprising a sodium/zinc mixed ionomer that is the neutralization product of a precursor acid copolymer; wherein the precursor acid copolymer comprises copolymerized units of an α-olefin having 2 to 10 carbon atoms and about 20 to about 30 wt% of copolymerized units of an α,β-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid having 3 to 8 carbon atoms based on the total weight of the precursor acid copolymer; wherein the precursor acid copolymer has a melt flow rate of about 70 to about 1000 g/10 min, as determined in accordance with ASTM D1238 at 190°C and 2.16 kg; and wherein when about 40% to about 90% of the total content of the carboxylic acid groups present in the precursor acid copolymer are neutralized to carboxylate groups to comprise carboxylate groups and counterions that consist essentially of sodium ions, the resulting sodium ionomer has a freeze enthalpy that is not detectable or that is less than about 3.0 j/g, when determined by differential scanning calorimetry in accordance with ASTM D3418.
(FR) L'invention concerne un module photovoltaïque comportant une couche de cellules solaires et une feuille d'ionomère composée d'un ionomère mixte sodium/zinc qui est le produit de neutralisation d'un copolymère d'acide précurseur; le copolymère d'acide précurseur étant composé d'unités copolymérisées d'une α-oléfine possédant de 2 à 10 atomes de carbone et d'environ 20 à environ 30 % en poids d'unités copolymérisées d'un acide carboxylique à insaturation α,β-éthylénique possédant de 3 à 8 atomes de carbone en fonction du poids total du copolymère d'acide précurseur; le copolymère d'acide précurseur possédant un indice de fluidité de l'ordre de 70 à 1000 g/10 min, tel que déterminé selon la norme ASTM D1238 à 190 °C et à 2,16 kg; et, lorsqu'une quantité de l'ordre de 40 % à 90 % de la teneur totale des groupes acide carboxylique présents dans le copolymère d'acide précurseur est neutralisée en groupes carboxylate pour comporter des groupes carboxylate et des contre-ions composés essentiellement d'ions sodium, l'ionomère sodique qui en résulte présente une enthalpie de congélation qui n'est pas détectable ou qui est inférieure à 3,0 j/g environ lorsqu'elle est déterminée par analyse calorimétrique différentielle selon la norme ASTM D3418.
