Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to the field of electronic engineering and can be used in electrical equipment. The separable electrical contact connection comprises contact elements, the current-conducting surfaces of which are coated with a gallium-based alloy having the following composition in weight percent: 64-99.9999 gallium, 0.001-35 indium, 0.001-28 tin, 0.001-7.5 silver, 0.001-5 cadmium, 0.001-25 zinc, 0.0001-10 copper and 0.0001-12 aluminium. A method for processing contact surfaces involves etching said contact surfaces to remove an oxide film using a first etchant, subsequently neutralizing said etchant and cleaning the surfaces to remove the etching products, mechanically cleaning the surfaces by polishing, heating the contact surfaces within a range of 10-70ºC and applying the gallium alloy in the medium of a second solution, the remainder of which is neutralized once processing is complete. The invention makes it possible to improve the quality of preparation of a contact surface in order to produce a reliable separable electrical contact connection while increasing the load-carrying capacity thereof and providing for stable electrical transition resistance characteristics during use.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte au domaine de l'électronique et peut être utilisée dans un équipement électrotechnique. La connexion à contact électrique amovible comprend des pièces de contact dont les surfaces électroconductrices comportent un revêtement fait d'un alliage de gallium ayant la composition suivante, en % en poids : gallium - 64 ÷ 99,9999, indium - 0,001 ÷ 35, étain - 0,001 ÷ 28, argent - 0,001÷ 7,5, cadmium - 0,001÷ 5, zinc - 0,001÷ 25, cuivre -0,0001÷ 10, aluminium - 0,0001÷12. Le procédé de traitement des surfaces de contact consiste à attaquer les surfaces de contact afin d'éliminer la pellicule oxyde par une première solution de morsure, puis à neutraliser et nettoyer les surfaces de contact des résidus de l'attaque, après quoi on effectue un nettoyage mécanique des surfaces de contact par meulage, on chauffe les surfaces de contact à 10 à 70°C et on applique un revêtement métallique en alliage de gallium dans un milieu de seconde solution de morsure dont les résidus sont neutralisés après la fin du processus d'attaque.La présente invention permet de produire une connexion à contact électrique amovible fiable lors de son exploitation du fait de la stabilité de la valeur de la résistance électrique transitoire pendant une durée commensurable à la durée d'exploitation de l'équipement électrique dans son ensemble.

Разборное электрическое контактное соединение включает контакт-детали, токопроводящие поверхности которых покрыты сплавом на основе галлия следующего состава, мас. % галлий 64-99,9999, индий 0,001-35, олово 0,001-28, серебро 0,001-7,5, кадмий 0,001-5, цинк 0,001-25, медь 0,0001-10, алюминий 0,0001-12. Способ обработки контактных поверхностей включает травление контактных поверхностей для удаления оксидной пленки первым травящим раствором с последующей его нейтрализацией и очисткой поверхности от продуктов травления, механическую очистку поверхности шлифованием, нагрев контактных поверхностей в пределах 10-70°C и нанесение галлиевого сплава в среде второго раствора, остатки которого нейтрализуют после окончания обработки. Изобретение позволяет повысить качество подготовки контактной поверхности для создания надежного в эксплуатации разборного электрического контактного соединения при повышении его нагрузочной способности и обеспечении стабильности характеристик переходного электрического сопротивления в процессе эксплуатации.
