Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a laser firing apparatus for a high efficiency solar cell including laser generating unit and a fabrication method thereof. The laser firing apparatus for a high efficiency solar cell includes at least one laser generating unit that irradiates a laser irradiation on to an electrode region formed on a semiconductor substrate for the solar cell and heat-treats the electrode region. In addition, the fabrication method of a solar cell includes forming an electrode material on a semiconductor substrate for the solar cell; and forming an electrode by heat treating the electrode material by laser irradiation.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de caisson au laser pour une cellule solaire à fort rendement comprenant une unité génératrice de laser et son procédé de fabrication. L'appareil de caisson au laser pour une cellule solaire à fort rendement comprend au moins une unité génératrice de laser qui émet un rayonnement laser sur une zone d'électrode formée sur un substrat semi-conducteur pour la cellule solaire et traite thermiquement la zone d'électrode. De plus, le procédé de fabrication d'une cellule solaire consiste à former un matériau d'électrode sur un substrat semi-conducteur pour la cellule solaire; et à former une électrode en traitant thermiquement le matériau d'électrode par rayonnement laser.
