(KO) 다공성 코팅층을 구비한 세퍼레이터 및 이를 구비한 전기화학소자
Abstract:
(EN) The separator of the present invention comprises: a planar non-woven fabric base having a plurality of air pores; and a porous coating layer which is formed on at least one side of the non-woven fabric base, and made of a mixture of a plurality of filler particles and binder polymers, wherein said filler particles contain conductive PTC particles made of a mixture of a low melting point resin, having a melting point lower than that of the non-woven fabric base, and a plurality of conductive particles. The porous coating layer of the separator of the present invention has a shutdown function against thermal runaway caused by the conductive PTC particles, and exhibits appropriate electrical conductivity, and can thus be utilized as a valuable separator for a high capacity electrochemical device.
(FR) L'invention concerne un séparateur qui comprend : une base en textile plan non tissé possédant une pluralité de pores remplis d'air; et une couche de revêtement poreuse qui est formée sur au moins un côté de la base en textile non tissé et est constituée d'un mélange d'une pluralité de particules de remplissage et de polymères formant liant, lesdites particules de remplissage contenant des particules de PTC conductrices constituées d'un mélange d'une résine à bas point de fusion, possédant un point de fusion inférieur à celui de la base en textile non tissé, et d'une pluralité de particules conductrices. La couche de revêtement poreuse du séparateur de la présente invention possède une fonction d'arrêt contre l'emballement thermique causé par les particules de PTC conductrices, présente une conductivité électrique appropriée, et peut donc être utilisée comme séparateur efficace pour un dispositif électrochimique haute capacité.
(KO) 본 발명의 세퍼레이터는 다수의 기공을 갖는 평면상의 부직포 기재; 및 상기 부직포 기재의 적어도 일면에 마련되어 있으며 다수의 필러 입자 및 바인더 고분자의 혼합물로 형성된 다공성 코팅층을 포함하는 세퍼레이터로서, 상기 필러 입자는, 상기 부직포 기재의 융점보다 낮은 융점을 갖는 저융점 수지와 다수의 도전재 입자의 혼합물로 된 도전성 PTC 입자들을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 세퍼레이터에 구비된 다공성 코팅층은 도전성 PTC 입자들에 의해 열폭주시 셧다운 기능이 부여될 뿐만 아니라, 적절한 전기 전도성을 나타내므로, 고용량의 전기화학소자의 세퍼레이터로서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
