Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a polyester resin in which isosorbide is copolymerized, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a copolyester resin containing isosorbide, comprising the steps of: adding glycols containing ethylene glycol and isosorbide to terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate such that the feed mole ratio of total glycols to terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate is 1.05 to 3.0 to allow an esterification reaction; and polycondensing the esterification product using titanium-based compounds of copolymers of titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide, and copolymers of titanium dioxide and zirconium dioxide, as a copolymerization catalyst, and using phosphorous compounds as a stabilizer. The copolyester resin containing isosorbide prepared according to the present invention exhibits superior reactive properties and productivity, and reduces the quantity of metal used as a catalyst to improve the clarity of a polymer. Further, a high molecular weight copolyester resin can be prepared using a small amount of a catalyst.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour préparer une résine de polyester dans laquelle un isosorbide est copolymérisé, et porte plus particulièrement sur un procédé de préparation d'une résine de copolyester contenant un isosorbide, comportant les étapes suivantes : l'ajout de glycols contenant un éthylène glycol et un isosorbide à un acide téréphtalique ou à un téréphtalate de diméthyle de telle façon que le rapport molaire de la charge des glycols totaux et de l'acide téréphtalique ou du téréphtalate de diméthyle soit compris entre 1,5 et 3, afin de permettre une réaction d'estérification ; et la polycondensation du produit de l'estérification en utilisant des composés à base de titane de copolymères de dioxyde de titane et de dioxyde de silicium, ainsi que des copolymères de dioxyde de titane et de dioxyde de zirconium, en tant que catalyseur de copolymérisation, et en utilisant des composés phosphorés en tant que stabilisateur. La résine de copolyester contenant un isosorbide préparée conformément à la présente invention présente des propriétés réactionnelles et une productivité supérieures, et permet de réduire la quantité du métal utilisé en tant que catalyseur pour améliorer la clarté d'un polymère. En outre, une résine de copolyester de poids moléculaire élevé peut être préparée en utilisant une faible quantité de catalyseur.
(KO) 본 발명은 아이소소바이드가 공중합된 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트에 대하여 에틸렌글리콜과 아이소소바이드를 포함한 전체 글리콜 성분이 몰비로 1.05 내지 3.0이 되도록 투입하여 에스테르화 반응시키는 단계 및 상기 에스테르화 반응물에 중축합 촉매로 티타늄디옥사이드와 실리콘 디옥사이드 공중합체, 티타늄디옥사이드와 지르코늄디옥사이드 공중합체의 티타늄계 화합물을 사용하고 인계 화합물을 안정제로 사용하여 중축합시키는 단계를 포함하는 아이소소르바이드를 포함한 공중합된 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 아이소소르바이드를 포함한 공중합된 폴리에스테르 수지는 반응성이 개선되어 생산성을 향상시키며, 촉매로 사용되는 금속량을 감소시킴으로써 고분자의 투명도를 증가시킬 뿐 아니라, 소량의 촉매로도 고분자량의 공중합된 폴리에스테르 수지의 제조가 가능하다.
