Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a transmission and receiving system of a transmission line, and more particularly, to a transmission unit and to a receiving unit which selectively adopt a differential current driving system and a differential voltage driving system in accordance with the condition of the transmission line in a single semiconductor chip to enable efficient data transmission, and which share a common portion to shorten the time taken for design and to reduce the layout area. The present invention also relates to an interface system having the transmission unit and the receiving unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de transmission et de réception d'une ligne de transmission, et porte plus particulièrement sur une unité de transmission et sur une unité de réception qui adoptent sélectivement un système de commande à courant différentiel et un système de commande à tension différentielle, en fonction de l'état de la ligne de transmission dans une puce de semi-conducteur unique, pour permettre une transmission efficace des données, et qui partagent une partie commune afin de réduire le temps requis pour la conception et la zone de disposition. La présente invention concerne également un système d'interface comprenant l'unité de transmission et l'unité de réception.
(KO) 본 발명은 전송선의 송수신 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 하나의 반도체 칩에서 전송라인의 상태에 따라 차동전류구동방식과 차동전압구동방식을 선택적으로 적용함으로써 효율적인 데이터 전송이 가능하고 공통부분을 공유함으로써 설계시간을 단축시키고 레이아웃 면적을 감소시킬 수 있는 송신부, 수신부 및 이를 구비하는 인터페이스 시스템에 관한 것이다.
