Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is aimed at providing a simple and inexpensive device for equalizing voltage between electric energy storage cells such as batteries or capacitors connected in serial in an electric energy storage device. The invention provides a voltage equalization device that enables voltage equalization between the electric energy storage cells by transferring the electric energy of a high voltage electric energy storage cell to a low voltage electric energy storage cell through at least one voltage equalization cell. The voltage equalization circuit according to the invention comprises: a serial string of plural electric energy storage cells connected in serial; at least one string of voltage equalization cells which includes at least one voltage equalization cell; plural 1st switching units that connect the electric energy storage cells to the voltage equalization cells in parallel; at least one 2nd switching unit that connects the serial string of electric energy storage cells to the string of voltage equalization cell in parallel; and a controller that controls the 1st and 2nd switching units, and restrains those two switching units from being in ON state simultaneously.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif simple et bon marché pour égaliser une tension entre des éléments de stockage d'énergie électrique, tels que des batteries ou des condensateurs connectés en série dans un dispositif de stockage d'énergie électrique. L'invention concerne un dispositif d'égalisation d'énergie électrique qui permet une égalisation de tension entre les éléments de stockage d'énergie électrique par transfert de l'énergie électrique d'un élément de stockage d'énergie électrique haute tension à un élément de stockage d'énergie électrique basse tension via au moins un élément d'égalisation de tension. Le circuit d'égalisation de tension de l'invention comprend : une chaîne série de plusieurs éléments de stockage d'énergie électrique connectés en série; au moins une chaîne d'éléments d'égalisation de tension qui comprend au moins un élément d'égalisation de tension; plusieurs premières unités de commutation qui connectent les éléments de stockage d'énergie électrique aux éléments d'égalisation de tension en parallèle; et au moins une seconde unité de commutation qui connecte la chaîne série des éléments de stockage d'énergie électrique à la chaîne d'un élément d'égalisation de tension en parallèle; et un contrôleur qui commande les première et seconde unité de commutation, et empêche ces deux unités de commutation d'être simultanément à l'état activé.
(KO) 본 발명은 전지나 캐패시터 같은 전기에너지저장셀이 직렬로 연결되어 있는 전기에너지 저장장치에서 전기에너지저장셀 사이의 전압균등화를 위한 단순하고 저렴한 수단을 제공하는 것에 대한 것으로, 한 개 이상의 전압균등화셀을 매개체로 전압이 높은 전기에너지저장셀의 전기에너지는 전압이 낮은 전기에너지저장셀로 전달되어 전기에너지저장셀 사이의 전압균등화가 이루어질 수 있는 전압균등화 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 전압균등화회로는, 복수의 전기에너지저장셀이 직렬로 연결되어 있는 전기에너지저장셀 직렬스트링; 적어도 하나의 전압균등화셀을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 전압균등화셀 스트링; 상기 전기에너지저장셀과 상기 전압균등화셀을 병렬로 연결시키는 복수 개의 제1 스위칭 수단; 상기 전기에너지저장셀 직렬스트링과 상기 전압균등화셀 스트링을 병렬로 연결시키는 적어도 하나의 제2 스위칭 수단; 및 상기 제1 스위칭 수단 및 상기 제2 스위칭 수단을 제어하며, 상기 제1 스위칭 수단과 상기 제2 스위칭 수단이 동시에 ON 상태로 되지 않도록 제어하는 제어기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
