Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a dehydrogenation catalyst which: is used for dehydrogenation of hydrocarbon gas, is the size of a macro-pore, and has a high active density of platinum. The dehydrogenation catalyst according to the present invention: is highly active by being the size of a macro-pore and having a high active density of platinum; improves active density per unit catalytic surface area; facilitates transfer of reactants and products; delays deactivation by coke formation; keeps the initial activity constant after recycling the catalyst due to increased recycling of the coke; has high strength to be extremely impact-resistant; prevents structural change caused by heat; and keeps characteristics of active materials constant.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un catalyseur de déshydrogénation qui est utilisé pour la déshydrogénation de gaz d'hydrocarbures, ayant la taille d'un macropore, et présentant une densité active élevée de platine. Le catalyseur de déshydrogénation selon l'invention est hautement active grâce à la taille de macropore et sa densité active élevée de platine ; améliore la densité active par surface active catalytique unitaire ; facilite le transfert de réactifs et de produits ; retarde la désactivation par la formation de coke ; maintient constante l'activité initiale après recyclage du catalyseur grâce à un recyclage du catalyseur dû au recyclage accru du coke ; présente une résistance élevée pour être extrêmement résistant aux chocs ; empêche la modification structurelle provoquée par la chaleur ; et préserve des caractéristiques constantes de matériaux actifs.
(KO) 본 발명은 탄화수소 기체의 탈수소화 반응에 사용되는, 매크로 기공의 크기를 가지며 백금의 높은 활성밀도를 갖는 탈수소화 촉매에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 탈수소화 촉매는 매크로 기공의 크기를 갖고, 백금의 높은 활성밀도를 가짐으로써, 고활성이며, 단위표면적 촉매의 활성밀도가 높고, 반응물과 생성물의 물질 전달이 용이하며, 코크 생성에 따른 비활성화가 지연되는 효과가 있고, 코크 재생성이 높아 재생 후에도 초기의 활성과 변함이 없으며, 강도가 높아 외적 충격에 강하고, 열에 의한 구조적 변화나 활성 물질의 특성 변화가 없다.
