[26] The housing 100 includes an upper housing 110 and a lower housing 120 which are divided into upper and lower parts, and the control board 200 includes an operation switch protruded from an outer side of the housing 100 in order for a user to input an operation signal for thereby controlling an operation of the beam emission part 400 by receiving power from the charge battery 300, and a charge terminal 220 protruded from a lower side of the housing for charging the charge battery 300 using an external power, an operation lamp 230 for indicating an operation, and a speaker 240 for sounding an operation and completion.

[27] The beam emission part 400 is provided in one pair for more effectively guiding laser from the laser device 410 into a nose and each includes a laser device 410 for emitting laser as being controlled by means of the control board 200, a beam guide tube 420 which is engaged with the laser device 410 for guiding laser from the laser device 410 into a nose and is engaged to an upper side of the housing 100, which is divided into two parts, and a nose adapter 430 which is engaged to an upper side of the beam guide tube 420 and is exchangeable by a user and is formed of a flexible synthetic resin flexible enough to be inserted into a nose.

[28] The laser device 410 is mounted in the control board and includes a breathing inhalation hole 421 installed in a sidewall of the beam guide tube 420 for inhaling an external air when breathing during a therapy process.

[29] The aroma supply part includes an aroma supply part 510 in an outer surface of one side of the housing 100, and an aroma discharge hole 520 for guiding aroma of the aroma supply part 510 to a nose, and as shown in Figure 4, the aroma discharge hole 520 is connected from the aroma supply part 510 to the beam emission part 400 and as shown in Figures 1 and 2 is open in a direction of an upper side of the housing 100.

[30] The aroma supply part 510 includes an aroma accommodation part 511 concaved in the housing 100, an aroma emission part 513 formed in the aroma accommodation part 511, and an accommodation part cap 512 for sealing the aroma accommodation part 511 by means of an engaging part.

[31] The aroma emission part 513 is accommodated in the aroma accommodation part, and is formed of an aroma absorption material such as cotton capable of storing aroma liquid, and an aroma pad having aroma.

[32] The engaging part of the accommodation part cap 512 includes an engaging magnet

531 in one side of either the aroma accommodation part 511 and the accommodation part cap 512, and an engaging plate 532 provided in the other side of the same for being magnetically engaged to the engaging magnet 531.

[33] In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 5, a therapy part cap

610 is provided for accommodating the housing 100, and a mirror 611 is provided in one side surface of the therapy part cap 610 for checking an operation of the therapy part cap.

[34] In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 6, a charge support part 620 is provided for supporting a therapy part for its charge.

[35] The charge support part 620 includes a support part 621 having a slope support part, and a power terminal 622 disposed in a lower side of the support part.

[36] The operation of the present invention will be described.

[37] When it is needed to cure rhinitis using the rhinitis laser-aroma therapy apparatus according to the present invention, the apparatus of the present invention comprises a rectangular plate shaped housing 100, a control board 200 and a charge battery 300 which are accommodated in the interior of the housing 100, at least one beam emission part 400 which is inserted into a nose and is protruded from an upper side of the housing for emitting laser, and an aroma supply part which is provided in a side of a beam emission part 400 of the housing 100 for thereby stabilizing a mucous membrane and obtaining a psychological stability with the help of aroma. The aroma is filled in the aroma emission body 513 of the aroma supply part 510, which is an aroma supply part, and the nose adapter 430 of the beam emission part 400 is inserted into a nose, and a laser is emitted from the laser device 410 by operating the operation switch 210 provided in an outer side of the housing 100. When the nose adapter 430 is inserted into a nose, it is possible to more easily insert the nose adapter 430 into a nose while seeing a mirror 611 provided in the therapy part cap 610.

[38] When a laser is emitted from the beam emission part 400, and aroma is outputted from the aroma supply part, a nose mucous membrane is sterilized with the help of a beam operation by laser, and a blood circulation is enhanced. So, a nose mucous membrane is stabilized with the help of aroma, and a psychological stabilization is obtained by means of aroma for thereby maximizing therapy effects.

[39] As the beam emission part 600 operates, heat is generated in the control board 200.

The aroma emission part 513 accommodated in the aroma accommodation part 511 is heated by means of heat from the control board 200 for thereby enhancing the emission of aroma.

[40] Here, the aroma supplied from the aroma supply part is formed of essential oil obtained from plants, namely, it is volatile organic compound. The essential oil contains alcohol, aldehyde, ketone, ester or something and has anti-infection function, anti-histamine function, anti-allergy function, wound therapy effect, anti-bacteria function, settlement and relaxation function, excitation function or something. It is possible to obtain a specific therapy effect by properly mixing essential foil extracted from plants.

[41] The essential oil mainly used in rhinitis therapy is formed of eucalyptus oil, rosemary oil, myrrh oil, peppermint oil, tea tree oil or something. The essential oil might have a synergy effect when mixing all or part of the same at a certain ratio depending on a body type and disease. The eucalyptus oil has germicidal, anti-allergic and expectorant functions, and its main component is terepene hydrocarbons.

[42] The rosemary oil has anti- viral and mucolytic functions, and it main component is ketones, cineole and terepene hydrocarbons.

[43] The myrrh oil has anti-inflammatory, anti-viral and mucolytic functions, and its main component is terepene hydrocarbons and sesquiterpenes.

[44] The peppermint oil has anti-septic, anti-spasmodic and expectorant functions, and its main component is menthol and menthone. The tea tree oil has anti-infective, antiviral, anti-septic and bactericidal functions, and its main component is terepene alcohol.

[45] When the use of the therapy apparatus of the present invention is done, the apparatus is stored on a charging part 620, so a charge battery 300 is charged while it is being stored.
