Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an efficient and cost-effective process for the preparation of 6- methylenandrost-1,4-diene-3,17-dione (exemestane) by dehydrogenation of 6-methylenandrost-4- ene-3,17-dione using an dehydrogenating agent in the presence of an acid catalyst and at least one co-oxidant in an organic solvent.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé efficace et rentable pour l'élaboration de 6- méthylènandrost-1,4-diène-3,17-dione (exémestane) par déshydrogénation de 6-méthylènandrost-4- ène-3,17-dione reposant sur l'utilisation d'un agent de déshydrogénation en présence d'un catalyseur acide et d'au moins un co-oxydant dans un solvant organique.
