Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a novel method for cultivating yeasts of the Yarrowia genus, in particular the Yarrowia lipolytica strain, characterised in that the ratio between the carbon consumption rate and the nitrogen consumption rate (rC/rN) in the culture medium is maintained at a constant level, particularly using a PID controller.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet un nouveau procédé de culture de levures du genre Yarrowia, particulièrement de la souche Yarrowia lipolytica, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre le taux de consommation de carbone et le taux de consommation de l'azote (rC/rN) dans le milieu de culture est maintenu constant, particulièrement à l'aide d'un contrôleur type PID.
