Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for depositing a diamond coating onto a substrate, said method resulting in the production of a coating characterised by a novel morphology of the diamond in the form of pyramids containing submicronic grains. The method is carried out by chemical vapour deposition by controlling the applied electric field.
(FR) Procédé de dépôt d'un revêtement diamanté sur un support, ce procédé conduisant à l'obtention d'un revêtement caractérisé par une nouvelle morphologie du diamant sous forme de pyramides constituées de grains sub microniques. Le procédé est effectué par dépôt chimique en phase vapeur en contrôlant le champ électrique appliqué.
