Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer sich als Dispergiermittel eignenden, Copolymer aufweisenden Polymerisationsmischung. In dem Verfahren wird ein Vinyloxyalkylpolyetherderivat mit einem Säuremonomerderivat unter Bildung des Copolymers in Anwesenheit eines radikalischen Polymerisationsinitiators durch radikalische Polymerisation umgesetzt, wobei die radikalische Polymerisation in einem Medium abläuft, welches weniger als 25 Gew.-% Wasser sowie in der Gesamtheit mehr als 60 Gew.-% Copolymer, Vinyloxyalkylpolyetherderivat und Säuremonomerderivat enthält.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a polymerization mixture which comprises a copolymer and is suitable as a dispersant. In the method, a vinyloxyalkyl polyether derivative is reacted with an acid monomer derivative by way of radical polymerization in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator, to form the copolymer. The radical polymerization takes place in a medium which contains less than 25% by weight of water and, in total, more than 60% by weight of copolymer, vinyloxyalkyl polyether derivative and acid monomer derivative.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un mélange de polymérisation contenant un copolymère et approprié pour être utilisé comme dispersant. Le procédé consiste à faire réagir un dérivé de vinyloxyalkyl-polyéther avec un dérivé de monomère acide en présence d'un amorceur de polymérisation radicalaire pour obtenir le copolymère par polymérisation radicalaire, la polymérisation radicalaire se déroulant dans un milieu contenant moins de 25 % en poids d'eau et, au total, plus de 60 % en poids de copolymère, de dérivé de vinyloxyalkyl-polyéther et de dérivé de monomère acide.
