Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is directed toward a method of treating a subject for a condition mediated by the Wnt/β-catenin pathway by selecting a subject with a condition mediated by the Wnt/β-catenin pathway and administering to the selected subject a compound selected from the group consisting of those set forth in Table 1, Table 2, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. A method of similarly inhibiting the Wnt/ β-catenin pathway in a subject is also disclosed.
(FR) La présente invention porte sur un procédé de traitement d'un sujet pour un état à médiation par la voie Wnt/β-caténine par la sélection d'un sujet avec un état à médiation par la voie Wnt/β-caténine et par l'administration au sujet sélectionné d'un composé choisi dans le groupe constitué par ceux présentés dans le Tableau 1, le Tableau 2 et un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ceux-ci. L'invention porte également sur un procédé d'inhibition similaire de la voie Wnt/β-caténine chez un sujet.
