Abstract:
(EN) A method of preparing a fresh catalyst comprises impregnating a metal to a catalyst support to produce an impregnated catalyst, dispersing the metal in the impregnated catalyst to produce an impregnated, dispersed catalyst, contacting the impregnated, dispersed catalyst with an activating composition to produce an impregnated, dispersed, activated catalyst, and thermally treating the impregnated, dispersed, activated catalyst to produce the fresh catalyst wherein the activating composition is in the gas phase.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un nouveau catalyseur, comprenant l'imprégnation d'un support de catalyseur avec un métal de manière à produire un catalyseur imprégné, la dispersion du métal dans le catalyseur imprégné de manière à produire un catalyseur imprégné et dispersé, le contact du catalyseur imprégné et dispersé avec une composition d'activation de manière à produire un catalyseur imprégné, dispersé et activé, et le traitement thermique du catalyseur imprégné, dispersé et activé de manière produire un nouveau catalyseur, la composition d'activation étant en phase gazeuse.
