Abstract:
(EN) A method comprising providing an in vivo electrochemical biosensor, the biosensor comprising an electrode surface, a flux-limiting layer covering at least a portion of the electrode surface, covering at least a portion of the flux-limiting layer with a hydrophilic polymer membrane, and preventing or eliminating disruption of the output signal of the electrochemical biosensor by an external EMF or external RF source during in vivo use of the biosensor in a subject.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'obtenir un biocapteur électrochimique in vivo, le biocapteur comprenant une surface d'électrode, une couche de limitation de flux recouvrant au moins une partie de la surface d'électrode. Au moins une partie de la couche de limitation de flux est recouverte d'une membrane polymère hydrophile. Le procédé permet d'empêcher voire d'éliminer la perturbation du signal de sortie du biocapteur électrochimique par une EMF externe ou une source RF externe lors de l'utilisation in vivo du biocapteur chez un sujet.
