Abstract:
(EN) Genetic information of DNA polymorphism, the functional genomic profile and the different response of an animal to a biologically active nutrient are used to identify the biologically active nutrient composition of the diet for an animal. The response to a nutrient exposure is dynamic since it depends upon the polymorphism of nutritionally inducible genes (as SNPs) that can lead to a different effect of the same nutrient in animals having different genotypes. The assessment of the biologically active nutrient composition of the diet arises from using reference data relating to normal healthy animals with different genotypes, target data relating to unhealthy animals with different genotypes, and nutritional data relating to a different effect of biologically active nutritional compounds in animals with different genotypes. Analysis is affected by relating gene, protein or metabolite expression.
(FR) Dans cette invention, l'information génétique du polymorphisme de l'ADN, le profil génomique fonctionnel et la réponse variable d'un animal à un aliment biologiquement actif sont utilisés pour identifier la composition nutritionnelle biologiquement active qui fera partie du régime alimentaire d'un animal. La réponse de l'animal à un aliment est dynamique puisqu'elle dépend du polymorphisme des gènes nutritionnellement inductibles (tels que les SNP) qui peuvent conduire à un effet différent du même aliment chez des génotypes différents de l'animal. L'évaluation de la composition nutritionnelle biologiquement active du régime alimentaire repose sur l'utilisation de données de référence concernant des animaux sains normaux de génotypes différents, sur l'utilisation de données cibles concernant des animaux malades de génotypes différents, et sur l'utilisation de données nutritionnelles concernant l'effet variable de composés nutritionnels biologiquement actifs chez des génotypes différents de l'animal. L'analyse est effectuée par mise en relation de l'expression des gènes, des protéines ou des métabolites.
