Abstract:
(EN) A thermophilic endo-beta-l,4-xylanase derived from Acidothermus cellulolyticus is disclosed. The xylanase exhibits xylanase activity at an optimal temperature of 9O0C and an optimal pH range of about 4.5-6.0. The isolated xylanase is useful in the hydrolysis of lignocellulosic material.
(FR) L'invention concerne une endo-bêta-l,4-xylanase thermophile dérivée d'Acidothermus cellulolyticus. La xylanase présente une activité à une température optimale de 90 °C et une gamme de pH optimale d'environ 4,5-6,0. La xylanase isolée est utile dans l'hydrolyse de matériau lignocellulosique.
