Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method of typing colorectal cancer cells by determining the RNA levels of a set of signature genes. Said typing can be use for predicting a risk for recurrence of said colorectal cancer. The invention further relates to a set of genes that can be used for normalizing the RNA levels of said set of signature genes, and to micro-array comprising said set of signature genes.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de typage de cellules de cancer colorectal qui consiste à déterminer les niveaux d'ARN d'un ensemble de gènes signature. Ce typage peut être utilisé dans la prédiction d'un risque de récidive du cancer colorectal. La présente invention concerne en outre un ensemble de gènes utilisables dans la normalisation des niveaux d'ARN de cet ensemble de gènes signature, ainsi qu'une puce à microréseau comprenant ledit ensemble de gènes signature.
