Abstract:
(EN) Decarburization-restrained steel and manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. Steel includes a boron (B)-concentrated layer formed on its surface to prevent carbon of the steel from being in contact with oxygen in atmosphere to thus restrain decarburization of the steel. The steel includes a boron-concentrated layer with a thickness of 3mm or larger formed on the surface of the steel. The method of manufacturing decarburization-restrained steel includes cooling steel containing 0.001 wt% to 0.02 wt% of boron (B) at a cooling speed of 0.5℃/s to 25℃/s at an austenite + ferrite two-phase region.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un acier à décarburation limitée et un procédé de fabrication associé. L'acier comprend une couche concentrée en bore (B) formée sur sa surface pour empêcher le contact entre le carbone de l'acier et l'oxygène de l'atmosphère et ainsi limiter la décarburation de l'acier. L'acier comprend une couche concentrée en bore ayant une épaisseur de 3 mm ou plus formée sur la surface de l'acier. Le procédé de fabrication d'acier à décarburation limitée comprend le refroidissement de l'acier contenant de 0,001 % en poids à 0,02 % en poids de bore (B) à une vitesse de refroidissement de 0,5°C/s à 25°C/s au niveau d'une région à deux phases austénite + ferrite.
