Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a foam ejector for a ship, which is capable of generating and discharging fire extinguishing foam to a deck of the ship where a fire takes place, which constitutes a fixing basement to be installed at the deck of the ship, a fitting capable of performing left and right rotations about the fixing basement, an ejecting tube capable of performing up and down angular motions, and a rotational joint which is formed as a pipe connecting part of the type wherein a plug portion is inserted into a socket portion and two rows of pluralities of ball bearings for supporting rotations of the fitting and the ejecting tube are disposed within the rotational joint. Due to this structure, a relatively wide contacting and supporting area may be provided within the rotational joint so that the rotational joint can very firmly support an exhaust pressure of the fire extinguishing foam. Furthermore, it is possible to highly reduce the total overall weight of the foam ejector and thereby resulting in a considerable reduction in time and costs to be spent for the transportation and the installation of the foam ejector. Furthermore, a steering lever becomes easy and reasonable to be installed at the rotational joint and it easy to operate the foam ejector.
(FR) L'invention concerne un éjecteur de mousse pour un navire, qui est capable de générer et de décharger une mousse d'extinction d'incendie sur un pont du navire où un incendie a lieu, qui comprend un socle de fixation à installer sur le pont du navire, un raccord capable d'effectuer des rotations à gauche et à droite autour du socle de fixation, un tube d'éjection capable d'effectuer des déplacements angulaires vers le haut et vers le bas, et une articulation rotative formée en tant que partie de liaison de tuyau du type dans lequel une partie d'élément mâle est insérée dans une partie d'élément femelle et deux rangées de pluralités de roulements à billes pour assurer les rotations du raccord et du tube d'éjection sont disposées dans l'articulation rotative. Du fait de cette structure, une zone de contact et de support relativement large peut être prévue dans l'articulation rotative de sorte que l'articulation rotative puisse supporter très fermement une pression d'échappement de la mousse d'extinction d'incendie. En outre, il est possible de réduire considérablement le poids global total de l'éjecteur de mousse, ce qui résulte en une réduction considérable du temps et des coûts nécessaires pour le transport et l'installation de l'éjecteur de mousse. En outre, un levier d'orientation devient facile et raisonnable à installer au niveau de l'articulation de rotation et la mise en œuvre de l'éjecteur de mousse devient facile.
